HEY, I have the same problem. This guy got a resolution in TWO days. I placed my order (#8063682) for NEVERWHEN 2nd Edition on May 28, and have been waiting over a month for Customer Service or the Webstore to either fix things so I get my item OR cancel the item, delete it from my downloads, and give me a refund OR store credit.
