The PDF version of neverwhen PF2E seems to hang on the 'personalizing, please wait at least...' step of downloading from digital content.

I've waited the full sixty+, tried multiple devices, and it does the same thing.

Other digital content works fine.

Hi Garretmander, this particular file is fairly big and may take longer. Try leaving it open during the personalization process for a while and come back to it. If it's still not working at that time I'll see if our webstore team has any alternative solutions. Thanks for your patience!


I gave it an hour and tried again, no luck.

Our tech team looked into this and it looks like there is an issue with the file. We can wait for a fix but since this is a 3rd party product we can't guarantee a timeline on a fix. If you'd like, I can go ahead and refund the PDF for you. Let me know how you'd like to proceed!

HEY, I have the same problem. This guy got a resolution in TWO days. I placed my order (#8063682) for NEVERWHEN 2nd Edition on May 28, and have been waiting over a month for Customer Service or the Webstore to either fix things so I get my item OR cancel the item, delete it from my downloads, and give me a refund OR store credit.
