has been stuck at pending for several weeks now, as far as I know no issues with billing or availability of product, just not shipping for some reason.

Thank you Joan. Additional question though, since this was the first product of my fourth sub I expected a prompt somewhere for which society PDFs I wanted but have not seen that anywhere. If all I need to do is mention it here then I’m interested in the pathfinder ones

Once your book ships you should see the prompt. Let me know if you get your shipping notification but not the option to choose which complimentary sub you'd like!
on my order history it says it shipped on monday, but I haven't seen a prompt as yet. is there a particular page I'm supposed to find it on?
Whoops! You should be able to see the prompt under your "manage subscriptions" page. Let me know if you don't see the prompt there!

I'm so sorry about that! I just checked in with the team and it looks like the subscription automatically spawns when we generate the society subscription orders. You should see your scenarios generate by the end of this week!
