I bought a game master guide and got the shipping confirmation e-mail on February 18th. The tracking information in the e-mail does not work and today is 3 weeks and I still have not received my my game master guide. Order number is 8686858 I would appreciate any help in solving this, thank you in advance.

Welcome to the club, there are a few of us awaiting a response on the same issue. We should make t-shirts.


Has there been any communication from Paizo as to what has been going on with their store and shipping? So many issues it's crazy.


I haven’t heard anything, I’ve sent 3 e-mails and have called them leaving a message twice. No word yet, so figured I’d try posting here.

There have been communications about some of the warehouse challenges these last few weeks but none to the three of us now who have posted about this specific issue and I know that I’ve sent multiple emails and posts here. Their voicemail box was full when I placed calls and I’ve not phoned since.

Obviously they’re also dealing with the difficult balancing act of figuring out how to address Coronavirus.

It’s frustrating, I know.

They seem to answer those pretty quickly I’ve noticed, best of luck. How long have you been waiting so far?

Damn all hope is gone.....I think you’ve been waiting longer than me. I know they are pretty much shut down now because of the coronavirus but have you read what was going on before this causing all the delays?

You two might want to quit posting to this thread. Each time you do so, you move yourselves to the back of the line as doing so makes your thread more recent -- and they usually answer the oldest thread first.

To be honest at this point they haven’t answered my 3 e-mails and two voice mails I don’t think they will honestly be answering any of these for a while until their crisis is averted.

Diego replied to my initial email just a few minutes ago, so they are working their way through the backlog - I hope they get to you soon.


That’s awesome, our problem is very similar. Did they say what they are going to do?

I'm so sorry your book never arrived! It looks like your book was probably lost in the post. I've gone ahead and set up a replacement order for you and you should see a confirmation email shortly. The warehouse should be able to ship this out Monday! Thanks for your patience!
