I attempted to call Customer Service this morning, and was sent to voice mail. An update at least, would be pretty great. I am receptive to this being something i failed to do as this is my first time getting something via the subscription, but ive had no response or anything as to what to do here. Feels pretty ignored man.

It looks like your item was in your sidecart, but was attempted to be shipped out before the subscription run. There are some extra steps here that are easy to miss and it looks like that might have been the case. I have gone ahead and set up your order and the warehouse should be shipping it out first thing on Monday. The team is working on a large backlog and I apologize that we weren't able to respond more quickly. Thanks for your patience!

When you choose to "ship now" for any items in your sidecart, you actually need to navigate back to your cart and complete the checkout process for those items. Our system doesn't make that very clear and that process is something our team is looking at modifying now so this may all be a moot point! We'll keep folks updated on any changes we make. Thank you!
