So, there were steps that i needed to take? could you please, when you get the time outline what steps i need to take so that i can do everything i can to make the process smoother for everyone involved?

I attempted to call Customer Service this morning, and was sent to voice mail. An update at least, would be pretty great. I am receptive to this being something i failed to do as this is my first time getting something via the subscription, but ive had no response or anything as to what to do here. Feels pretty ignored man.

is there any way to get an update on an expected time for my book to ship? i have been trying to keep a lookout on the forums, but i havent seen any updates for a while on the delayed subscriptions for February.

My order has yet to be shipped, well past the subscription date, i just wanted to make sure that it hasnt fallen through the cracks or anything
