So at the start of strange aeon's you wake up with no memory of who you are. Accidental Clone trait turns you into a clone of Sorscha. I find myself amused by the concept of someone dealing not only with a potential transformation of species/gender but also the fact they don't know who they are. "I'm not a HUMAN." looks down "Do all you humans have these large lumps on your chest?" look at party member "Female?" looks down again "Well ok I can deal with being female" looks up "But I absolutely refuse to be stuck in a weak, inferior human body! I don't know who I was but I was definately not a human who can't even see in the dark properly."

Technically, the Sorshen's clone trait is a campaign specific trait for Return of the Runelords, so it being available is up to your GM.
And I don't recall the exact nature of the Amnesia that affects the party at the start of Strange Aeons, but that could be an interpretation. I suppose, pending GM approval, you'd have to weigh the laughs of this gag vs the long term consequences this would have for your character.

I did something a little similar - I did pre-generated characters that my players selected blind, without knowing anything about them. One of them was a Leng Ghoul who had been polymorphed to look human before they had their minds wiped. She didn't figure out what she actually was until about halfway through book 2.
