Ranger Precision Edge and spells

If I have a precision Ranger, and take a Wizard multiclass dedication, would hunter's edge precision work on spells I cast like Ray of Frost?

Yes, as long as the spell in an attack that targets AC it should work.

Yep, well, technically anything with the "attack" trait. This would also technically work on an Athletics check if that check did damage. Generally, spells that have the "attack" trait also target AC.
