Received email on the 18th saying book was shipping soon and should be in transit for 4-8 days. Included in the email was a tracking ID. Tracking ID shows no data, says to contact shipper if no information appears after 3 days.
10 days later, no Tracking data, no book, order shows as “Complete” on site.

Additionally, I’d like to move into a subscription so that I can ensure I get pdf’s as well. The sell through site doesn’t yet allow to begin the core book subscription with Bestiary 2. Is it possible to upgrade my current outstanding GMG order to a subscription or do I need to wait until I can begin the sun with B2

It sounds like your package pay have been lost in the mail. Let me know if you still have not received it and we can send out a replacement! Go ahead and start the core subscription with the next book and send us an email at customer.service@paizo.com when you've done so and I can get it set up with the correct book.

Thank you Joan for the response I got an email from Diego an hour or so ago saying he was setting up a replacement for my book that didn’t arrive. There were two other posters below who reported the same issue having shipped on the same day.
