I can never hide my fondness for the Pact Patron relationship. I was wondering what monster could best represent the Witchs Elements Patron?.
For example if the Witch was to come face to face with their patron, what monster could be standing in front of them?
The Elements Patron offers spells with each of the four main energy descriptions, are there any creatures that represent all four?

The plane of Limbo is utter creation and chaos. The Proteans are the powers of this realm, and could be patrons.
Additionally, the following gods might be interested:

If you look at the servants listed for other deities, they tend to be unique entities and/or creatures that break the normal rules (e.g. Outsiders with non-standard alignments and abilities).
Thus, I'd suggest similar things for divine servants of Onos. Maybe a powerful Glaistig or Anemos that has transcended their original element and can use kineticist abilities of all four.
If you aren't looking to create rules for your own omni-elemental beings, a Jann Amir Elementalist Oracle or Elementalist Shifter might work.
