I've noticed that my order status is "Suspended Pending." Is this something I should be concerned about and is there anything I need to do?

I called in for this reason and they went ahead and started processing my payment. My order should ship today they said. If you have the time I would call in.

Thanks, but I deal with a small amount of social anxiety. By the time I work up the nerve to call, posting works just as fast.

Your order was just generated by the warehouse and should be shipping any moment now. Pending is the normal state it will be in until the warehouse is at a point in the queue when they can ship it. Thank you for your patience!
