Who remembers the Fullblade?

Homebrew and House Rules

Just for kicks and giggles:

FULLBLADE Item 3
Traits: Rare, Deadly d6, Reach, Unwieldy 3
Price 60 gp
Damage: 1d12 S
Hands 2, Bulk 3
Category: Advanced
Group: Swords

The Fullblade is an extremely rare, and even harder to wield, sword also referred to as the “Ogre’s Greatsword.” A character must have at least a 16 Strength to attempt to wield the blade in combat; any lower and they are incapable of bringing it to bear effectively.

If the wielder has a 19 Strength, the weapon gains the Sweep trait, the Deadly trait increases to d8, and the Unwieldy trait is reduced to 2.

If the wielder has a 22 Strength, the weapon gains the Versatile P trait, the Deadly trait increases to d10, and the Unwieldy trait is reduced to 1.

If the wielder has a 24 Strength, the weapon gains the Forceful trait, the Deadly trait increases to d12, and the Unwieldy trait is removed entirely.

Unwieldy
• The weapon is so bulky as to cause penalties to all attack rolls using the weapon equal to the number following the trait.

Feel free to use, edit to your liking, whatever, I’m just having fun. ^_^

Very interesting. It's interesting how it gains abilities as the Str goes up. Alternatively it could be as the proficiency improves. Unwieldy in an interesting ability as well. This makes me start thinking of the mercurial greatsword and what stats it may have. Hmmmm
