I just opened my latest purchase from Paizo and was disappointed to find that the Combat Tiers Extension Pack by Tinkered Tactics was not what was described on the web-page or on the package.
From the product description
This Extension Pack includes two 2" extenders and four 4" extenders. For use with the Combat Tiers Base Set, sold separately.
The package description said there were 2 2-inch and 4 4-inch extenders.
The package itself only contained 2 2-inch extenders and 2 4-inch extenders. Somewhere along the line, the product was manufactured and packaged with only 2 of the 4-inch extenders.

It looks like Katina got back to you in the other thread when I brought this to her attention. It seems like its a manufacturer error creating the discrepancy between what was listed on the package, versus what was actually in the package (or could even fit in it!). We should be hearing back from them once we let them know the issues we are having.
I set up a replacement for the product in the meantime that should get you what was originally promised from the product description, as I feel that's something we can do in this circumstance. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!
You didn't need to do that! It's a printing error on the 3rd party package, not anything you folks were responsible for.
I suspect it's more complicated to undo the order than to let a few ounces of plastic ship as is currently planned. Do whatever is the least time-consuming (and most cost effective) for you folks.
