Better contact for the Organized Play

I was wondering if there was some better way to contact the Organized Play team. I emailed them over a week ago with a couple of supplemental messages when I had not heard from them at all. So, I was wondering if there was a better means to reach them. I played in my first organized play at Hexacon and at the time they gave me a card and said that if I had an organized play ID that I could have the Organized Play team combine them in to my existing ID. As it happens I had already created an ID, but I haven't been able to reach anyone to combine them and I had enjoyed myself and wanted to find more organized play games, but I wanted to have things like my Wayfinder for other games I play in.

Any help that anyone could provide would be very helpful! Thanks!

It actually wouldn't be the Organized Play team, that'd be Customer Service.

Also note that in the meantime your paper records are the official chronicles for playing, don't worry about it, people in PFS know that errors happen.

If you were at Hexacon that must mean you're in the Denver area. You probably talked to Zach, our VL. Be sure to sign up for our local games when possible. We can also give you a hand with any assistance you need.
