Hi. Newer PFS Venture Agent here. Just saw your question about your character and wanted to respond.
First, let me direct you to Lorespire, which is the official website for PFS related play, along with PFS guidelines.
https://lorespire.paizo.com
Second, if you've never made a PFS legal character before, you're going to have to start whatever PC that you want to play with at level 1.
The short answer is that this character is not legal at all for PFS play, nor will it ever be in its current form -- you're going to have to start this build over, from scratch, without any Uncommon/Rare/Mythic selections in it, starting from level 1.
The much longer answer is that your PC is going to have to start from the bottom -- you can't just walk in with a Level 7 PC, from outside of the PFS world, and be expected to be allowed to sit at a table with it -- it doesn't work like that.
Further, characters from games that are handled outside of the purview of PFS play are considered inconvertible -- this is because your PFS PC follows a different experience point track, as described on Lorespire. To put it more plainly, most PC's need 1000 XP in order to level up; instead, table XP credit is much more different than the standard in-game XP that you would normally gain, and both Chronicle Sheets and ACP (Achievement Points) that you would earn for a particular PC follow that PC over the life of that specific character.
Additionally, using a higher-level pregen doesn't necessarily mean that your PC is AT that level -- those kinds of pregens are typically used when either you don't have a level-appropriate PFS PC to use for a PFS Scenario, or you don't otherwise want to use a PC that would otherwise would be appropriate for a given PFS Scenario.
Finally, to the best of my knowledge, there are no more Level 7 Pregens out there that I am aware of, because of how pregens were reformulated -- they are now staggered out as Level 1/Level 3/Level 5 pregens, as far as I know. (I could be wrong about this, but, this is again, to the best of my knowledge.)
If you have any further questions, please let me know.

If you are playing in a home-campaign that is using PFS rules you have several choices:
A - Take the Seoni pregen at fifth level, and build it up to seventh level. Money available: 3x 100gp (fifth level loot) plus 3x 150gp (sixth level loot) => 750gp.
B - Go to Archives of Nethys 2e, and check the various feats/spells/etc on your character. The Archives mark which of the options are available for PFS play. Some option are only available if you have obtained them playing in divers adventure paths. Restrict yourself to Common equipment.
