Quick question.
If i for example already have gone from trained to expert in say fort save by a random free feat, and later thru cha advancement gain expert fort save from a class feat... do I;
1. Discard that class feat all together as i already are expert?...or
2. Raise my fort save to master?
Thanks in advance.

The first one. You'll want to retrain the feat at that point.

It's the first. Both would be redundant. Giving master would break the balance because you are not expected to reach it easily (and certainly not at low level).
The solution is to take time to retrain the feat that is made redundant.
Don't know what you mean exactly by "random free feat". If it's a feat your GM gave you for free, talk to them about swaping it for a different feat in the same vein.

Thank you.
Random feat was the wrong wording from me. I took a feat that raised my fort save before i got it from the actuall class.
I will retrain the feat at first opp!
Assuming you're talking about canny acumen, that feat eventually also gives master, which can shore up a poor save later on in the game. It does oddly have some dead levels for some reason.
