Build for The great Holo

I am just starting up a new arc for my players. I had the idea to create a demigod that would lead them to the next part. They like the anime reference that I had made to it previously in the campaign, I really like Holo from Spice and Wolf. Any suggestions on how I can create a demigod based off of the character? I dont really know how to start with the demigod template.
3rd party are good as is altering stats from like 3.5e or 5e. We are playing pathfinder currently.

She is a wolf-person, right?

Probably start with a Kitsune for the race.

Demigod status?

Make her a level 20 player. Give her 20 levels in Druid or Cleric or Sorcerer, and make it all farm/nature/plant/harvest themed via Domains or Bloodlines or whatever.

To be honest, I have never seen the show or read the books, and literally got every bit of information I know about this character off of two sites in about 5 minutes, so my interpretation may not be completely accurate.
