I don’t know ... Silver Surfer would fit in very nicely with the whole ‘Multiverse of Madness’ theme.
My money is on Surfer or possibly Namor ...
Actually, Silver Surfer would also make a ton of sense because he could tie into the Fantastic Four, who I know Marvel and grand master Fiege are very anxious to introduce into the MCU.

Howard's already in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
But, come to think of it, Man-Thing is not. If I were writing a palette-cleansing story about a Multiverse of Madness, I might set a few scenes in the Nexus of All Realities, in the bayou swamp where walks a muck-encrusted mockery of a man.
That would be the more obvious choice, for those with knowledge of the character. It would certainly fit with the title of the film.
I'm still gonna hold out for an epic Doom cameo, though. I'd love to see the arrogance of Doom vs the arrogance of Strange.

I'd be cool with either of those. I wonder if they'd get Lawrence Fishburne to voice the Surfer again. That would be cool.
And Namor would also be good way to help introduce FF and Doom down the line, since he's had plenty of interaction with both.

For multiversal characters, Kang would make a lot of sense.
Having the new threat grow up out of previous stories would perhaps make Kang the perfect 'next big threat' since all of the time-meddling shenanigans of Endgame may have gotten his hair in a twist.
And the Time Stone is a logical point to connect Dr. Strange to Kang (since they aren't typically associated in the comics).

I'm not expecting them to introduce the new threat anytime soon.
It took six films before they teased Thanos. And many more before he was more than a dude in a chair.
They can do a phase or two of smaller threats before they need to start setting-up the next Big Bad. Heck, they can do an Avengers 5 and 6 before they need to worry about bigger stakes or really trying to go apocalyptic again.
Hence it being a smaller character like Man-Thing.

Need Great Lakes Avengers
I'm not sure the world is ready for live action Big Bertha, or the CGI is good enough to make a live-action Flatman or Dinah Soar that don't look terrible, but I'd love to see Mr. Immortal die over and over in ever more hilarious ways, like some weird combination of Deadpool, Kenny from South Park, and Dean from that groundhog day episode of Supernatural...

I thought there was a rumor they were working on a New Warriors project... and Squirrel Girl was going to be one of the characters...
There was, and then it didn't get picked up, and then Marvel moved some chairs around and Feige got control over Marvel TV, and *all* of Marvel's current or 'in the pipe' TV shows on networks other than Disney+ (Runaways, Cloak & Dagger, Agents of SHIELD, Defenders, Punisher, Iron Fist, etc.) got cancelled (or were announced to be 'on their last season,' in the case of Runaways and Agents of SHIELD, which were, IIRC, pretty much already shot and ready to go).
Anything speculated upon for Netflix, Freeform, Hulu, ABC, whatever, is gone, AFAIK.
Oh, and there won't be a second season of Inhumans. But I think we all knew that. :)

Dammit! Now I want the Pet Avengers!
They could add to their roster, by this point. Sparky (Vision's dog), Pizza Dog (Hawkeye's dog), Chewie (Carol Danver's alien-cat-thing), perhaps Ebony (Agatha Harkness' shapeshifting demon-cat).
This needs to be a cartoon, darn it! Throw in a size-changing 'Ant-Tony' made by Scott & Cassie, and it's good to go!

Since it's the Multiverse of Madness and the X-Men films are now available to Disney and the MCU, it could be the Evan Peters Quicksilver from Days of Future Past. The whole multiverse angle makes it easy to cheese in any of the X-Men as portrayed in the X-Men movie line by Fox.
Plus, Peters is only a couple years older than Elizabeth Olson so he could easily pass as a twin.

Marvel's Doctor Strange 2 gets Spider-Man's Sam Raimi as new director
This news is actually about a week old. Not sure how I feel about it. His Spider-Man movies were...mixed (for me, at least). Still, I keep my hopes up.

Agreed. Toby was, in my opinion, a pretty good Peter Parker for that time, but Tom Holland is the absolute best Peter Parker I’ve ever seen! He’s simply perfect.
As for seeing Toby in this, or any other Marvel film, I REALLY hope not. I know there are rumors that both he and Garfield will appear in the next Spiderman movie through some sort of multiverse hopping, but I have to say I hate that idea. I know people liked the animated movie where that happened, but I think it will be a mistake to do it in a live action film. I pray they are just rumors ...

I did not like Toby McGuire as Spider-Man, I didn't think he made a believable teenager in black and white and I don't think he did in Spider-Man either (you can plant me firmly in the Toby McGuire is overrated camp).
I will say, I liked Spider-Man 2 when I rewatched it this winter, but that was entirely because of Doc Oc.
Also, so I don't have to derail things anymore with another post, I absolutely love Into the Spiderverse.
