Can I get a touch of Help?
I'm working with a Cabal Devil, which turns out to be from council of thieves.
Now, the issue I'm running into is that they have the incorporeal subtype... but still has a str score and took the feat weapon finesse... but don't incorporeal creatures lack that ability score, and basically get free weapon Finesse? And no, it's not listed as a bonus feat.
So should it actually lose that score and gain another feat?
I'd link, but not positive on etiquette of linking to pfsrd and such here.

It has no Strength score, so its Dexterity modifier applies to its melee attacks, ranged attacks, and CMB.
.
Yup, I'd take away it's strength score and replace weapon finesse with a another feat.
Only reason I can see for it to have a strength score is to interact with it's daggers and scrolls, but if you treat it's personal daggers and all scrolls (and writting based magic items - maybe) the same way a ghose treats "treasured items" - that'll cover that if you really need to cover the minutiae (i.e it just works and don't worry about it :)).

Linking to archive of nethys is more palatable as its the official Paizo srd now.
For what it's worth, I ran a cabal devil as a corporeal creature and the PCs still had a rough time with it.

Paizo's early monsters were prone to problems like this. The Primordial Demon from Hall of Drunken Heroes is another incorporeal creature with a strength score. However, they triple down on it by also giving it natural armor AND a grab ability that was absolutely intentional as it had another ability that it could only do on grappled opponents. Neither of these abilities are valid for incorporeal creatures.
