Do physical print product orders come with a free PDF? (Ordering a la carte? Not a part of a subscription.) [Like if I order an Adventure Path module?]

No, that is strictly a subscription perk.

It does also apply to Flip-Mat Classics ordered before they come out by subscribers to the Maps line, but that is it.

David has got the information right. Physical products generally do not come with a free PDF. The only exception to this is products received through a subscription. Any products you received as part of your subscription will come with a free PDF. Otherwise, the PDFs will have to be purchased in addition to any physical products.
