Last time scenarios were added to my downloads was Oct 30, although my Nov 25 subscriptions showed up just fine.

Not urgent.
But it does appear that the automatic bonus subscription issue hasn't been resolved.

Thank you for letting us know. I have ensured these scenarios have been added to your account. We know that the issue has not been fixed permanently. This requires action by our tech team that they are not currently in the place to pursue. We can bandage it as we find it in hopes of preventing the symptom, but can't cure the cause at the moment. I did what I can to help your December scenarios behave more normally, but please let us know if those ones give you trouble as well.
