I heard that there was a rule that you had to spend an interact action to take off your backpack before you could retrieve an item for it. Try as I might though, I can't seem to find that rule this morning.
Also, where are the rules for retrieving items from containers in general? Someone recently told me that bandolier and belt pouch are nice because they let you get an item as a single interact action (unlike the backpack which, post errata is great for storage, but not quick retrieval). Where does it say all that though? Wouldn't you have to open the pouch or flap with one action, then retrieve the item in question with a second action?
