When crafting or purchasing alchemical concoctions, oils, poisons, and potions, does the cost/price include a vial in which to contain it? Or do you have to by a bunch of those separately?
The alchemist's tools mentions vials; does that obviate the need for buying additional vials?

I believe that to be the case, as I can't find anything requiring an alchemist to purchase additional vials. I liken it to the ever refilling spell component pouch.
So far as crafting is concerned, I imagine the cost of the vial is included in the items crafting cost.

I feel like the vials are mostly there in case you want some empty vials for collecting interesting things while adventuring, like blood of a basilisk, or some strange fetid water that you want to experiment with. They aren't necessary for Quick Alchemy as everything you need for that is encompassed by your Alchemical Reagents.

My alchemist has a glassblower background, she hand crafts custom vials in her downtime. Burning things alive is so impersonal, she likes to etch a little message on each bottle of alchemist's fire, like, "If you can read this, you're too close," or, "bottled lightning, only the penitent man shall pass."
Also she's a big fan of recycling, so if you bring your empty potion containers by her workshop, you'll get a 10% discount on a handcrafted bottle.
Please rinse out poison containers twice with warm water before recycling.
