So I was talking it over with a friend and there are a few other Natural weapons mixed in. In total I'd have a Gore, Bite, 2x Claws and 2x Hooves. I had planned on being a DeX based character and using Amulet of Mighty Fists to get Agile on all my natural attacks. So the logic for the attack chain was as follows: Impail with Gore attack (horns on head pointing upwards), Go in for the Bite with Gore still in thier body, Then slash with both claws and lastly jumping up and doing a backflip to kick them in the face/body with the Hooves landing back on my feet because of using then similar to a spring board.

You’re being cheeky, but sure. You do you. I’d love to hear your backstory and any value to RP you might have after creating this monstrosity. My guess is that every village that sees you immediately raises pitchforks and torches and tries to drive you out of town or murder you.
I would say any adventurer, as most villagers will run away screaming "Demon!".
One o two horns, the denture of a shark, claws and hooves? Decidedly a demon.

"Outwardly human, skinwalkers are virtually indistinguishable from others of the ethnic group into which they are born." BotM pg. 6
I'd be more worried about players with torches and pitchforks - Wereboar-kin Barbarians are a bit cheesy, especially when using the f&%~ed up the ability scores from Inner Sea Races.

Sexy, but what I want to know is how are you using legal character-building options that allow your character's Natural Attacks? Especially your Hoof Attacks.
Most of these natural attacks come from Shapeshifting (with the transform Skinwalker race) and Rage powers (only active while I'm raging).
Okay, what are you Polymorphing into? Why do you get Hoof Attacks?

If you're using the gore from the Ragebred, you're running into issues with your bite - the gore isn't horns on your head (like it would be for Lesser Fiend Totem), it's tusks, and using your teeth for two different natural attacks is highly debatable at best. I recently talked about that here.

So, yes, they sure do function together.

So, that's tricky. Most people really miss that Strength Bonus to Damage. Unchained Rogues get Dex-to-Damage, but that is with one weapon only. You could work out some way to reliably get Sneak Attack Damage to offset your lack of Strength, and you can do a lot of damage that way.

Is there a way for me to get Pounce then? Other than the Greater Beast Totem? If so then there's TONS of other ways to replace the claws the Lesser Beast Totem gives me.

The most recent way I build a character to have Pounce is to Wildshape into an Animal that has Pounce. Damn sexy, but you want to stay Humanoid.
There is Hellcat Pounce , which gives you 1 more attack when charging. That's something.
There is Claw Pounce , which lets you attack with Both Claws while Charging. At first glance, this should stack with Hellcat Pounce.
Vulpine Pounce gives you straightup Pounce, but you have to be a Kitsune.
There is a Skinwalker Feat that gives you just what you are asking for: Bestial Pounce . It's a 3rd Party Feat, but if your GM is letting you play a Skinwalker, I guess he should let you take Skinwalker Feats.

Not without multiclassing.

Pounce for the cost of a single feat? Feats like that are the reasons most people don't allow 3PP!
Seriously, it's not like Wereboar-Kin natural attack build Barbarians need any help: +2 to both Str and Con with a -2 to your dump stat, natural attacks build-in (expandable with a feat), an automatic critical threat on your gore attack when you pounce (and with pounce, your Haste attack can be a gore, too), and because that isn't enough apparently, these too highly likely crits also each deal 1d4 points of Constitution damage!
Claw Pounce is catfolk only, by the way.
