Just got the COM book & PDF, and saw that under Vanguard Aspects, both Boundary and Cascade offer Sunder as the Improved Combat Maneuver. However when using SF Hero Labs, Disarm is an option. Is this an errata in the print, and PDF copies?

I'm going with an error in the SF Hero Labs to be honest.
The playtest document had both those aspects give Sunder as well.

It's more logical to assume Hero Labs is wrong than it is the rulebooks that come from the actual publishers.

While I tend to agree with this as the rule of thumb, I do think there have been several cases where having to code up the rules in the system have probably uncovered flaws that are not evident when the rules are just on the page. I know that there have been a ton of Starfinder cases where I interpreted the written rules one way, and only realized they worked a different way when I saw how it manifested in Hero Lab.

Damn it. I was really hoping it would be an error. I hate that they have the same associated combat maneuver!

I'm going to houserule improved grapple, or disarm for the Cascade one. Or better still, let the player choose their improved combat maneuver when they first select the aspect!
