Imo, some of the hexes could either gain a second target at higher levels, stuff like ward and life boost and etc, maybe all "level 1" hexes in fact.
Or
Have a feat option to "twin hex" sometime around level 8-10ish or so
Or
Have a feat that gives an action to recover a focus when YOU kill a hexed target (siphoning part of his cursed soul, life, power, etc seems quite flavorful to me)
The above would help a bit with making hexes a bit more dynamic imo.
You obviously still can't spam them, but it alleviates a bit the issue of many of them being extremely weak for a full focus cost.
I mean, even at level 11, life boost is just 6 healing per round per action. An action per round AND a focus point should offer more than 6 hp imo.

I mentioned this in another thread, but I like the idea of being able to use Cackle to move a hex from one creature to another. Maybe one of your allies suddenly needs healing more than the one it's on, or an enemy with a cold weakness appears and you move your personal blizzard to them. The fact that creatures are immune to hexes after they receive them balances this nicely. After all, you don't want to move your life boost to three allies within the same encounter, because then that's your entire party immune for the next 24 hours.
