Hi everyone!

I want to specifically welcome you to the swashbuckler portion of the APG playtest. I'm Mark, and while we're all going to be working hard on all four classes, I'll be your main contact on swashbuckler throughout the playtest. I'm hoping you can help us make this class a thrilling and exciting exemplar of swashbucklers from fiction, performing all sorts of daring acts and striking with incredibly flashy moves.

Just another reminder to please be excellent to each other. Swashbuckler in particular has numerous different visions from many different stories, so please be respectful of those with different views.

Watch this thread for any clarifications we add throughout the playtest. We're hoping to keep this low, but if there's something we need to say to help an accurate playtest, we will!

FINISHING FOLLOW-THROUGH FEAT 2
SWASHBUCKLER
When your finisher downs your foe, doing so maintains your swagger. If your finisher brings the target of your Strike to 0 Hit Points (or brings the highest-level target to 0 Hit Points, if your finisher allows you to attack multiple targets), you do not lose your panache after performing the finisher.
