I recently was going through the first order under "Upcoming Subscription Shipments" on my "My Subscriptions" page to estimate the price of my December order when I realized that it was not my December order but my January order.

My December order seems to have disappeared completely from that page, which I find a bit disturbing since the generation of that order is still a few weeks away. Could somebody please look into this matter?

I do want to be sure that all of my monthly subscription orders get generated (as well as double check the price of the December order).

Also -- All of this seems to have happened after I purchased several minis to be included in a later subscription order. Please double check to see whether any of the minis added to the January order are already available to ship with that missing December order.

Hello David,

It certainly seems like an error that you can't see your December order on that page, but nothing about your account indicates that this will result in your December order actually being skipped in generation along with available sidecart items on November 21st. The system should still grab anything that's ready to go from the sidecart for the December order, despite it currently being listed with January items on your my subscriptions page.

I'm going to move this thread over to Website Feedback to get some eyes from the tech team on why this isn't displaying. We do want you to have an idea of the price of future sub orders. Everything I'm seeing indicates that your account is still set up right and that this is likely a display error.

It looks like my issue has been fixed now.

That issue seems to have come back again -- me tentative December order seems to have disappeared again, over a week before the auths are supposed to be run.

Two things have happened since the problem was previously fixed:

1) Paizo added the late November/early December PFS/SFS subscription order to my "Upcoming Subscription Shipments".

2) I ordered a few more minis (in multiple orders) and had them added to my sidecart.

You're no longer seeing your tentative shipment because we only show the three soonest predicted shipments on the subscriptions page. For any items listed as shipping "with a later subscription shipment", we may have enough information to calculate the shipment(s), but we don't to avoid long load times for the page. We are planning a number of improvements to the page and may add more preview options in the future. For now, it looks like your December subscription order will be generated normally, and should become visible as your other shipments are sent out.

But my December shipment is scheduled to ship (or at least be authorized) before all of the shipments that are still showing.

The auths for the December shipment are scheduled to run on Thursday, 11/21. The PFS/SFS "shipment" for November is scheduled to occur the following week (just before Thanksgiving), and the next two entries are the shipments for January and February.
