If a player plays an adventure at a tier they don't have a character for, they can't apply the chronicle sheet until they reach the level it was played at (in this case, either level 7 or level 5, depending on the subtier).
As for that particular bit of treasure, while they do get to "claim" it, that's just flavor to my understanding, they still have to purchase any items in order to actually have them for their character.

Questions on the the players may claim one of the following:
clearly for the first 2 caches those claimed items can be used for the rest of the scenario.
1) Do the players actually get to keep the 3 items they choose (I'm guessing no)?
2) Do I cross off the items not chosen from the chronicle sheet handed out?

Just want to verify: while the Kiirinta Admittance boon can only be USED if you've got credit for both games, it can be EARNED with just this one, right? Like if you're in the regretable situation where the table for the first game failed to fire, and you've managed to snag a second chance at it but only scheduled after you've played part two?

Some oddness on the Kiirintas PC stat block. The Reverberating Shriek ability says the "DC = 10 + half the Kiirinta's character level + the target's constitution modifier." Should that be the Kiirinta's constitution modifier? Having a DC that changed based on the target is an interesting idea, but not a bookkeeping exercise I really want to see.

Before my players reach this point - in the initial spaceship encounter, do you think defeating the drone launch platform disables the drones? It doesn't seem to be explicitly stated one way or another (at least I didn't find it in my reading).
Since the platform is in part controlling the drones (and can't control more than two at a time), I'm leaning towards Yes. The adventure seems to assume the players will defeat the drones and just disable the launching of new ones.

Treasure: Each PC can claim one of the following weapons (their choice) from the caches:
This bit threw me, too. But barring any guidance from campaign leadership, I think we can only assume that this is for PCs who dig into the cache before/during the final fight, or that it's a note for GMs running this for non-SFS play.
As for First Speech, I did a .pdf full reader search and (after being assisted by another VO) only found it in AP volumes and Alien Archive volumes, which means that PCs shouldn't be able to acquire them (again, pending future clarifications/rulings from campaign leadership).
