Given that Wes Schneider, who came up with Bastardhall, is now working for WotC and can't freelance for Paizo, I'd say the hopes for that are close to zero.
I'm sorry Mr. Schneider left Paizo Pubishing and I do wish to honor and respect his legacy but even though Bastardhall is his brainchild I believe it probably still is the property of Paizo Publishing and I think someone else could possibly give it the justice it deserves one day.
This is pretty unlikely. We've got a LOT of megadungeons we'd love to do, and Bastardhall is only one of them. And since it was Wes Schneider's focus... out of respect for him having left the company, I'd rather focus our megadungeon attentions elsewhere.
While I understand that I am hoping that one day Paizo Publishing will indeed give us a Bastardhall megadungeon. Until then, like the Strigoi who slumber in tombs beneath Ustalav, I shall wait patiently. ;) :D

Bastardhall is still owned by Paizo, but we've got a lot of other things to do to. I'd rather let Bastardhall go than take it somewhere Wes didn't intend, and instead focus our efforts on locations current employees and writers are excited to explore instead.

Does that mean, maybe several years later, Paizo can(though not necessarily will) hire Wesley Schneider to write a Bastardhall megadungeon book?
No.
It means that if we decide that it's time to do a Bastardhall product, Wes will be the first person I'd hope we'd approach to hire to write it, or at the very least let him know and give him the first refusal.
Age of Ashes spoiler...
Respecting the work of others is important to me, even if that work is no longer legally owned by them because they wrote for hire or wrote while employed by a company like Paizo.
