Shooting in to fighting charakter's

No.

Getting rid of mandatory feats like Precise Shot, which are used just to make certain fighting styles viable, was one if the design goals of PF2.

Yes.

But shooting through an ally's (or any other creature's) square gives the target of the attack light cover (+1 circumstance bonus to AC). If the blocking ally/creature is at least two sizes larger than the target, the target even gets normal Cover (+2 circumstance bonus to AC).

Lesser cover may apply (p. 477 of the core rule-book), but there is no inherent penalty to making a ranged attack at a target that is within the reach of other creatures.
