It looks like my order will be shipped in three separate packages - should I expect to see these combined when they're finally picked? I can't imagine a reason to ship them separately, especially with the added shipping costs.

It looks like your order was ultimately shipped in two packages, which you're right, it didn't need to do that. This increased the shipping price from the actual cheapest option by just over $6, so I refunded this amount to your store credit.
