Has anyone already made 2e conversions for any of the Pathfinder Modules?

Ok well awesome. I'm newish at GMing and premade adventures are easier with my schedule. My group has completed Fall of Plaguestone and was hope to convert one of the other adventures to run. So if anyone gets a pdf guide to convert one to 2nd I would appreciate it.
