So, we're about to start a new group in PFS, and I wanted to use my Duskwalker boon to make an Inquisitor of Anubis. I was also hoping to give him the full 10 levels of Evangelist. However, I've come across a bit of a bump in the road...
As an Evangelist, you get your deities 3 boons as you level up. Here's the issue, Paizo never expanded on the Osirion Deities. So, Anubis doesnt have any boons. Someone said I should just act as though I worshipped Pharasma since they're practically the same god, but I feel walking around with a Inquisitor of Pharasma who says he worships Anubis is kind of fudging the system. Any suggestions? Or do the boons on Osirion gods exist and I just haven't been able to find them?

You can worship pharasma and venerate anubis. This would be difficult if not impossible to tell mechanically from just worshiping anubis.

Eh, if I cant get the boons I'm fine with that. Even without boons, the evangelist is still a really good prestige class. And I'd like the boons, dont get me wrong, I just feel like worshiping one god and getting benefits from another is busting the rules a little too much. Someone I know actually lost Eyes of Ten credit for being an archetype for Apsu and then another archetype for Irori. Then again, that's benefitting from both gods.

I mean, I guess that's a thing. And supposedly the two gods work hand and hand quite often. So, if he's Osirion (Which, that was the plan.) then Anubis could be like a middle man for the two of them..? I dont know if this would work, but I could make his holy symbol a mixture of the two? A jackal head with a comet behind? My big concern here is solely the fact that its PFS, and I really dont need a boon character getting audited over something stupid such as deific boons.
(And sorry for the delay on my end, I've got like 3 exams this week and its exhausting.)

This may be changing your idea for your characters backstory but...
Couldn't they have been a cleric or other worshiper of Anubis that died but Pharasma had other plans and brought them back as a Duskwalker to tie up some unfinished business. This task could somehow be related to Anubis. Maybe to convert any remaining followers to Pharasma, or whatever?
Only thing about that is, I dont think Duskwalkers can remember their past lives. But, if I can find something, I may do something among the lines of that. But I think I'm going to go with a worshiper of Pharasma who also reveres Anubis, and offers prayers to him. Because I found out that there are a lot of characters that worship one god and pray to multiple others.
For Instance... I think it was the leader of Sandpoint, or just the highest level cleric, who worshipped Pharasma, but revered Erastil, Abadar, Calistria, and Sarenrae. And Pharasma even commended him for doing this.
