Out of curiosity, why didn't you go with Professional (Musician) as a weapon quality?

Really love these! I would totally slap a hyper-flute on a cultist of Azathoth.
Or better yet, make a team of them. "Hello, we are The Blind Idiot Gods!"

Also the symbol for the damage being S rather than So makes me think of instruments that conjure and fire knives. This pleases me.

Thanks Perpdepog, I didn't realize I had miss-typed the damage. Fixed now, though if you want them to summon hostile spirits with sharp, sharp blades that's cool to.

I wish I could say leaving the Professional (Musician) tag off was intentional. I just had forgotten that was a thing from Armory. That said, I think with these weapons you should have to spend the feat for Special Weapon Proficiency. They are just a bit better than run of the mill guns.

I can see the rationale there. Dealing that much sonic damage, which is less often resisted, does qualify them for special weapon status.
