About Spawn Slayer Archetype

I have a question about the spawn slayer archetype and the studied spawn ability. The text says "At 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th levels, the bonuses on weapon attack rolls, damage rolls, and skill checks against a studied target increase by 1, as do the DCs of slayer abilities against a studied target." the question is: does this increment stacks with the normal study target bonus?

The studied spawn ability alters the studied target ability. The normal bonus progression is unchanged from the original, and doesn't stack with the original. You do add the additional bonuses granted for larger targets at 5, 10, 15, and 20.
