Order pending since 9/1/19. Three or Four emails sent to Customer Service and the Store emails. Order originally set to ship 1-5 days then changed to 4-8. Product page says 1-5 still. Original authorization has expired. Order neve changed from Pending. No communication from paizo other than standard we are busy due to 2e.
I just want to know whats up with my order. I see there are staffing issues, but that is what they make temp services for. I also read the priority goes phone -> message boards -> eventually email, so i thought i would try my luck here.
Is there some massive announcement i missed regarding 2e orders? If so why does the product page say ships within 1-5 business days?

Unfortunately it is the reality of our current workload that we are a few weeks behind in the inbox and working on catching up.
