A repair kit allows you to perform simple repairs while traveling. It contains a portable anvil, tongs, woodworking tools, a whetstone, and oils for conditioning leather and wood. You can use a repair kit to Repair items using the Crafting skill. A superb repair kit gives you a +1 item bonus to the check.
What does that mean?
That it can't be used to "craft" as a portable station?
That there are different ranks of repairs?
I just want to know what happens to a shield user who wants to repair his shield, regardless the lvl.
Being more specific, I am playing a Half Orc Champion ( -1 int ), trained in crafting.
I plan to hit legendary in order to craft magic items and have no problems with repair.

The first sentence (of most things) is primarily for flavor; in this case I don't think "simple" means anything beyond "you can't Repair destroyed items" (stated explicitly under the Craft skill).
I just want to know what happens to a shield user who wants to repair his shield, regardless the lvl.
You want the Repair activity on pages 243-244. Basically the GM looks at the DC to Craft the shield in the first place and (if they feel like it) tweaks it a bit to get your repair DC. Then you roll your Craft skill against that as usual. If you make it you heal the shield some damage (more with higher proficiency or on a crit), if you crit fail you hurt it more.
