Well, if you do it yourself. It will cost 2 gp for the repair kit. And then nothing else.
If you want some one to cast mending. It will be 7gp per table 6-15. However, it only works on non-magical objects.
If you wish to hire someone to do so. It would be 5 sp/day. And he would make the craft check at a +4. This is from the CRB pg 294.
Or you could just purchase a hireling with you fame, and keep upgrading so it will always be an option. Those fame prices are in the guide. But I think it goes 2, 4, 6, and then 8.

"Negative Effects
The Pathfinder Society has resources to take care of its members, and many of the possible negative effects an adventurer can be subject to during an adventure are assumed to be taken care of during Downtime. The exceptions to this are death, permanent petrification or polymorph effects, curses, and permanent negative conditions (Core Rulebook 618–623) acquired during the course of the adventure. "
Shield (and other equipment) Damage is not one of the listed exceptions. The Pathfinder Society lodge helps you fix up your gear, courtesy of Fola Barun and the Envoy's Alliance.
I am sticking with this until some one in charge tells me otherwise.

Honestly, consider that bashing out a shield is pretty close to free I can very much live with that for the time being.
The time to fill out chronicle sheets has increased a bit recently and I am in favor of cutting out any unnecessary after mission paperwork or checks.|

I must of missed this. Thanks for pointing it out. Will do this going forward.
