PF2 Summon plants and fungi - options for PFS?

Looking at the spell summon plant or fungus (CRB 376), at level 1, just like with summon animal, you summon a creature of level -1. The problem is there are no plant or fungus creatures of level -1 in the bestiary. That's a real bummer for a level 1 leaf druid. In a home game I would either (a) let the player summon a level 0 leshy, or (b) use a modified Weak adjustment on a level 0 leshy. Would it be possible to get some sort of option for PFS that makes this spell usable as a level 1 spell?

The weak Leshy seems the most likely agreement, though why you would want to seems beyond me. Hopefully more little monsters will be coming soon.

That seems like a reasonable solution, but 'seems like a reasonable solution' isn't really good enough for PFS.

Especially since the lowest level listed on the table for that adjustment is level 1, so there's no as-written adjustment for a level 0 leshy.
