Just received my monthly subscription shipment and have encountered just my second printing error ;)
It looks like 3 pages in Tomorrow Must Burn (PF2 AP #147) got “smudged” during printing (pp. 33-34, 39).
Could I please arrange to get a replacement? Email sent to Customer Service with a photo attached (including some of a “clear” facing page for reference).

Just out of curiosity... I haven't seen a replacement set up via Sidecart before. Is that a new process? It works out fine for me, and it's got to save Pazio a bunch of extra shipping dollars, but I'm surprised (as an avid Customer Service reader) that I haven't noticed that more often.

I’ve seen it from time to time. I think it depends on the customer, how many subs they have and perhaps how close it is to the next spawning date for that customer’s specific sub combination.
