I have some subscription and one-off items which have been stuck in sidecart purgatory. I think the problem may be the now-unavailable QWSSPATD20SF (Starfinder d20), but I have no way to really tell. It may also be because last month I started a subscription. This is has been a hanging problem that has persisted with a bunch of pins I ordered back in August not shipping. Since some of the items are limited run, like Skitter Crash and We Be Heroes, can you divide the order into things that are actually available, and things that are not, so that the subscriptions and such ship during the subscription shipping window?

Your sidecart tells me that everything in it is good to go. I have moved everything out of the sidecart and waived the shipping for the delay. The sidecart should always be able to sort out what is and is not available and send everything it can each month. It sounds like we have a technical issue with the way yours behaves. I have moved everything into an active order and I will attempt to reset your sidecart to avoid this problem persisting. You should soon receive a confirmation email for your order.

Thanks, I looked at one of my subscription items and it now says that I purchased it today, like the usual pending message. The regular pending email now shows up with the items in a new order number (Order 8154208). Thanks!
