Do +1weps and the like ignore B/P/S resistances or are the resistances still applied?
ex. +1 Shortbow does 1d6P, Spider Swarm has Resistance 5(P) does the shortbow do -5 dmg or does it ignore the resistance since it's magic?
No. Instead, there are creatures which are specifically resistant to non-magical physical damage. Incorporeal creatures, for example, and I believe dragons.
The resistance still applies no matter how magic your weapon is otherwise.

Nope.
As the good capn' says above. I am so very very very very happy. Legitimately cried out in joy when I read and confirmed it :)
It leads to cool things like the following
Vampire spawn: physical 5 (except silver)
Vampire count: physical 7 (except magical silver)
(hmmm lycanthropes are just outright less durable as they have a weakness and no resistances)

And there isn't any special rule about +3 weapons being considered silver/cold iron, +4 weapons being considered aligned, and +5 weapons considered adamantine for the purposes of overcoming DR anymore.
Not that there are any weapons with more then a +3 enchantment in the core rules anymore. But they did away with the entire concept.

That is correct, Joey. I think introducing weakness as alternative to resistance has freed up the need that rule covered in PF1 for PCs to be able to make a dent in most creatures. A smaller subset of creatures kept the resistances where it would be thematically appropriate, and dealing with them will be more memorable now that they don't have the enhancement weakness.
Nope.

Yeah Lycanthropes are a bit fragile, though they apparently made it easier for them to spread the virus. Lycanthropes were generally only a threat in PF1 if they had good class levels, as the template doesn't change that much. Now they might be a bit less threatening in practice, and I'm not sure it fits with my own preference for werewolf lore. I'd probably give them regeneration shut off by silver or fire instead of Resistance again though.
