I took a look at the order and couldn't find anything wrong with the card. I moved all the items to a new order, which is usually a good way to reset any issues occurring. The card was then accepted upon my attempts to submit the order.
This order started several subscriptions for you, so please look over your my subscriptions page and sidecart ot make sure everything is to your liking. I think this was just a technical problem with that specific cart, not your overall card, so this shouldn't affect any future orders, but please let us know if you require any further assistance.
Also, as a general note for using the customer service forum: we answer requests from oldest to newest, so bumping your thread actually makes it "newer" and will take us longer to get to it. Avoid bumping your thread whenever possible as it is disadvantageous in this forum.
