Healing Font: You gain additional spell slots each day at your highest level of cleric spell slots. You can prepare only heal spells (page 343) in these slots, and the number of slots is equal to 1 plus your Charisma modifier.
Does this mean if I'm level 6 with 16 Cha let's say, I can prepare my usual 3 spells and then on top of that I can prepare an additional 4 Heal Spells for my third level spell slot? It can't be right, what does it mean?
Based on what I'm seeing in the wording on the Archives of Nethys, that's exactly right.
That's exactly right. That's why clerics are the best healers by far.
