CotCT incorporating The Condition of All. Suggestions

I am getting ready to run CotCT and one of my PCs is going to play a NG Changeling(Night Hag) Witch with the campaign trait Missing Sibling(adoptive). She is leaning towards The Condition of All special patron with the time domain. So my pick for her patron would probably be a Bythos.
I am having trouble figuring out how I can tie that into the campaign. No existing characters really mess with time enough to warrant a Bythos becoming interested. I could possibly add a character that time travels in to indirectly assist Kazovons resurrection, or maybe Ileosas ascension, or maybe something Sorshen related.
Alternatively I could add time shananigans to an existing character or invlove the Academae. Perhaps there is something else entirely that I am overlooking.
I am open to any suggestions or new ideas anyone could offer.

This is a bit out there, but a Night Hag-themed PC would fit with the campaign if you add the module The House on Hook Street to the AP. It takes a bit of work to add it, but if you're interested in doing that let me know and I can explain how I fit it and made it make sense in the overall plot.

Quick summary: Night Hags come from the dimension of dreams, which is central to the module. The module is set in Korvosa. The background can fit well with the awakening of Kazavon and his possession of Ileosa.

You could use an Akhana Aeon instead, as the BBEGs plot to gain eternal life might be worth fixing to them. If you want something stronger, a Theletos could also work, if you put an emphasis on Kazavon controlling/enslaving Illeosa.

If you want to use a Bythos, I'd tie some time shenanigans to Illeosa or Kazavon themselves. Otherwise, your PC might lose some purpose when the time-traveler is slain.

Another Idea for the Night Hag ancestry could be Malatrothe, a Night Hag in book 5.

So an Akhana Aeon seems like it fits the AP the best. Is it feasible for an Akhana Aeon to grant the time domain?

Malatrothe seems like a good option for ancestry. I am curious now about house on hook street though. I'll read through the module and decide if I want to incoporate it.

I actually ran this module as part of CoTC. Worked out great for the party.

Do you mean the time patron theme? I think that would be alright, as all aeons are connected via the condition of all anyways. Not the best-fitting theme, but I think it's still a good option.
