You have a fundamental misunderstanding of what Multiattack means when it says "secondary attacks." It is not talking about *iterative* attacks, it is talking about secondary natural attacks. So theoretically you *could* take the multiattack feat, but it wouldn't do anything for you... Since feral mutagen grants you (2) two claw attacks an a single bite attack, all of which are primary natural attacks which always use your highest bonus. Please review the section linked below for the general rules on natural attacks, found in the Natural Attacks section of the Universal Monster Rules
