I know y'all are busy, but I sent an email about a week ago and still haven't heard back. I just wanted to make sure none of the older Pathfinder 1st Edition items I ordered are holding this order up. If something is, can you remove it from my pending order so that it can ship, please ?

The order is just waiting for its turn to ship out. The warehouse is still getting the subscription and pre orders out. We expect to have them all out by the end of the day today or early tomorrow. Yours is on a pick list right now.
Ok, well when i look at my order now, it has now changed to ships in 5-23 days. I went through all of the items in the order and the ‘Pathfinder Deep Cuts Unpainted Miniatures: Goblins‘ now shows it ships in 5-23 days. Can you please look into this for me, and if these are holding up my order, can you please remove them ?

There was nothing holding up the order before, but now it is the goblins. Your order was on a picklist earlier, which means it was part of the batch of orders the warehouse was packing up and shipping out. If anything was unavailable it wouldn't even go on a picklist. They just came upstairs and told me they can't find the goblins so they zeroed out the inventory and to ask me to contact you about it (probably why you see a change in them now). So, that wasn't why the order hadn't shipped before, it was just waiting it's turn. But that IS why it didn't ship in the last hour, when it's turn came up.
I have removed the goblins from the order and given it back to the warehouse.
Ok, thank you so much. I really appreciate it. Sorry to be a bother. I’m going out of town in about a week and a half and was following it closely hoping to get it before I leave.
