Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Charter Superscriber; Pathfinder Starfinder Adventure Path, Starfinder Roleplaying Game, Starfinder Society Subscriber

Hi,
I have six active subscriptions and I haven't received any complimentary pathfinder and starfinder society scenarios yet; Nothing in July nor in August and both months subscriptions shipment have been fulfilled.
Please, can you fix it?
