When will the books be availalbe at "regular" bookstores, BN, Booksamillion ?

They should already be there. If not you can order from there.

My understanding is that's up to the stores. They could have ordered through normal distribution channels to have stock on launch date. If they don't have them now, you can ask if they'll special order it for you. Maybe if enough customers ask they'd stock them in the future.
