Trouble with crossbows

I cant seem to find how to reload a crossbow or heavy crossbow. In the weapon description it doesnt say anything. If someone could point me in the right direction for actions and strength requirements it would be much appreciated

There are several feats and maybe an enchantment that also help relaoding.

I think ranger running reload is the biggest one. but I think there is a rune that help.
